The National Weather Service alerts for the places you save, as notifications, and every hurricane and tropical storm from the National Hurricane Center. Free.

What it does
- Your places
- Save a town, an address or a ZIP code. Each place shows the NWS alerts in effect there, and the severe storm and excessive rainfall outlooks for the days ahead. It says "All clear" only when we have heard from NWS in the last few minutes.
- Notifications
- Choose which alerts each place sends. Warnings arrive as Time Sensitive notifications. Quiet hours hold back watches and advisories during the hours you choose. They never hold back a warning.
- Hurricanes
- Every active storm from the National Hurricane Center and the Central Pacific Hurricane Center, with the forecast cone, the advisories and the tropical outlook. Follow a storm to get each new advisory.
- Official text
- Every alert and advisory exactly as issued, with the issuing office and the time.
- Widgets and Apple Watch
- Your places on the Home Screen and on your wrist.
- Prepare
- The storm prep kit and the NOAA Weather Radio guide, with the SAME code for each of your places.
Privacy
No ads and no tracking. To send notifications we keep each place to about 1 km, and only while notifications are on for it. The privacy policy has the details, and support has help with notifications and widgets.
Storms Report repeats official warnings. It is not a replacement for Wireless Emergency Alerts, NOAA Weather Radio or your local officials.
