* WHAT...South winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph possible. * WHERE...Municipality of Skagway. * WHEN...From Monday evening through Wednesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...High winds could blow around unsecured objects and damage property. Travel could be difficult. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will quickly increase overnight Monday into Tuesday morning, with the strongest gusts peaking through midday. Winds will begin to decrease through Wednesday afternoon.
