* WHAT...Southeast winds 15 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. * WHERE...Haines Borough and Klukwan. * WHEN...From 4 PM Monday to 4 AM AKDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will quickly increase overnight Monday into Tuesday morning, with the strongest gusts peaking through midday. Winds will decrease slightly, but still stay relatively elevated into Wednesday.
