Vermillion Creek near Wamego affecting Pottawatomie County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Vermillion Creek near Wamego. * WHEN...Until Friday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Minlor flooding occurs along Vermillion Creek. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:45 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 20.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 20.8 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow morning. - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
