* WHAT...Southwest winds 25 to 40 kt with gusts to 55 kt and seas 14 to 20 feet. * WHERE...Tinian and Saipan Coastal Waters. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...Very strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tropical Storm Choi-wan (26W) continues to develop as it moves westward across the northern Marianas south of Alamagan, with Tropical storm force winds already being felt over Saipan since early this morning. Hazardous seas will continue.
