Wakenda Creek at Carrollton affecting Carroll County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Wakenda Creek at Carrollton. * WHEN...From late tonight to Saturday evening. * IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Flooding of low-lying undeveloped areas along the creek begins. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 10.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 17.0 feet tomorrow morning.
