Iowa River near Lone Tree affecting Johnson, Louisa and Washington Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Iowa River at Oakville. * WHEN...From this evening to Friday, October 09. * IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Flooding of agricultural land is ongoing. Several county roads are under water and closed. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 11.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.8 feet Sunday morning. It will then fall below flood stage Thursday, October 08. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
