* WHAT...East winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and seas 12 to 17 ft. * WHERE...Lake Borgne and all of the bays and open Gulf waters west of the Mississippi River. * WHEN...Tropical Storm force winds possible from Friday morning until Friday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Tropical storm force winds and hazardous seas will capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
