* WHAT...Northeast winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 55 kt and seas 17 to 22 ft. * WHERE...All of the sounds and open Gulf waters east of the Mississippi River. * WHEN...Tropical Storm force winds possible from Friday morning until Friday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Hurricane force winds and hazardous seas will capsize or damage vessels and severely reduce visibility.
