* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of southeast Oklahoma, including the following county, McCurtain and northeast Texas, including the following counties, Camp, Franklin, Morris, Red River, Smith, Titus, Upshur and Wood. * WHEN...Through Friday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms will continue to develop and slowly move across portions of East Texas and Southeast Oklahoma through the day on Friday. Additional rainfall amounts between 1" to 3" will be possible. Some isolated higher totals can't be ruled out. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
