Raccoon River at Des Moines Fleur Dr affecting Polk County. ...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Iowa... North Raccoon River near Perry affecting Dallas County. ...The Flood Warning is cancelled for the following rivers in Iowa... Raccoon River at Van Meter Hwy R16 affecting Dallas and Polk Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...North Raccoon River near Perry, or from the Greene-Dallas County line to the South Raccoon River. * WHEN...Until late Saturday night. * IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Water affects the wastewater treatment facility as well as agricultural land in the Perry area. Near Adel...water affects the fairgrounds and golf course. Northwest of Adel...water affects Sportsman Club Rd and Midland Trl. At 16.5 feet, Water affects 125th Trl north of Dawson and west of Hwy P46.
