...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Kansas... Solomon River near Glasco affecting Cloud County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Solomon River near Glasco. * WHEN...From Friday afternoon to Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding occurs along the river from the Cloud and Mitchell County line to Niles. At 25.0 feet, County Road 763 floods west of Glasco near the west end bridge. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:35 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 4.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 23.3 feet Saturday morning. It will then fall below flood stage Saturday afternoon. - Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
