* WHAT...Localized flooding caused by Thursday evening's excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Eastern Kingman County in south central Kansas... * WHEN...Until 930 AM CDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Localized flooding of streets, rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is likely. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 857 PM CDT, Up to 3 inches of rain fell Thursday evening due to off-and-on showers and thunderstorms. - Additional rainfall amounts up to one-half inch is possible in the warned area through the evening. - Some locations that may experience localized floodinginclude...
