Missouri River at Glasgow affecting Saline, Howard and Chariton Counties. ...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Missouri...Kansas... Missouri River at Napoleon affecting Jackson, Ray and Lafayette Counties. Missouri River at Waverly affecting Saline, Carroll and Lafayette Counties. Missouri River at Leavenworth affecting Leavenworth and Platte Counties. Missouri River At Miami affecting Saline, Carroll and Chariton Counties.
