...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Iowa... Skunk River at Augusta affecting Lee, Henry IA and Des Moines Counties. North Skunk River near Sigourney affecting Keokuk County. Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S affecting Scott and Clinton Counties. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 12.5 feet, Water affects old U.S. Highway 61 near the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 12.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.6 feet tomorrow morning. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
