Missouri River At Brownville affecting Nemaha and Atchison Counties. ...The Flood Warning is cancelled for the following rivers in Iowa... Nebraska... Missouri River At Nebraska City affecting Fremont and Otoe Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Missouri River at Rulo. * WHEN...Until late Saturday night. * IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, The Rulo boat ramp begins to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 16.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 17.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 19.1 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
