Little Blue River near Barnes affecting Marshall and Washington Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Black Vermillion River near Frankfort. * WHEN...Until late Friday night. * IMPACTS...At 26.0 feet, The west bank of the river floods. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:15 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 25.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage tomorrow afternoon and continue falling to 4.7 feet Tuesday evening. - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
